Refund policy

THE 60-DAY FOLLICLE GUARANTEE

We want you to give CHAPTER 01 a fair trial. Use it consistently, and if you
are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund of the product price
within 60 days of the day your order was delivered.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email us at hello@millionnist.com within 60 days of delivery. Include
   your order number.
2. We will email you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.
3. Send the bottle back to us, even if it is opened or partly used.
4. Once we receive your return, we will refund the product price to your
   original payment method. Refunds are normally issued within 10 business
   days of the return arriving.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us at
hello@millionnist.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and
a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
