Frequently asked questions

How do I use CHAPTER 01?

Apply directly to the scalp on damp or dry hair, massage gently with your fingertips, and leave in. No rinsing required. Use daily.

Will this make my hair look limp or greasy?

No. CHAPTER 01 has a weightless texture that dries invisible in about 60 seconds, with no greasy residue or heavy coating, so you can style as usual.

How long until I notice a difference?

Results vary from person to person. Scalp care works through consistency, so use CHAPTER 01 daily and give it a full 60 days. That is why our guarantee runs for 60 days.

Can I use this alongside prescription treatments like Minoxidil or Finasteride?

CHAPTER 01 is a cosmetic scalp serum, not a medical treatment. If you use prescription or medicated products on your scalp, check with your doctor or dermatologist before combining them.

What is the 60-Day Follicle Guarantee?

Use CHAPTER 01 consistently for 60 days. If you don't feel a difference in scalp comfort and hair quality, simply email us at hello@millionnist.com. We will refund 100% of your purchase price.
